During mornings, practicing the Sun Salutation, the stretching of ligaments revitalises your body and releases stress both mentally and physically, therefore, energising the body throughout the day. In the evenings, this practice aids unwinding and improves sleep quality.

In addition to a healthier posture by stretching our ligaments and joints, it also helps in muscle building and endurance, henceforth increasing longevity of flexible fibrous connective tissues. Besides restorative yoga, there are various studies conducted on the food intake to enhance the health of joints.
