Breakfast Protein Idea - Avocado Toast

I absolutely love this if I have a little extra time in the morning for toasting. One of my favourite recipes from Gwyneth Paltrow’s book, “It’s All Good”.


  • 2 slices sprouted bread, lightly toasted

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 2 tsp veganaise

  • Sprinkle of sea salt and pepper

  • Squeeze of lime or lemon juice

  • Tobasco or sprinkle of crushed red chilli flakes (optional)

  • Spread toast with veganaise. Smash some ripe avocado on top and add desired seasonings.
