Balanced Life Mobile Therapy has been working in several senior care facilities helping individual residents with mobility issues improve their quality of life.

 

Most senior care facilities do not have a full time physiotherapist working at the centre. If your parent has mobility issues we can come right to their rooms to perform a physiotherapy assessment. We work with you to determine the appropriate treatment plan. If your parent requires hands-on physiotherapy, one of our physiotherapists will provide treatment. If your parent needs exercise rehab we have excellent kinesiologists who work with the physiotherapist to provide a safe exercise/mobility program to help improve your parent’s quality of life.

 

Most often the exercise and treatment can improve their mobility and transfer status which in turns improved their independence. We have also seen a significant improvement in their mental capacity with exercise rehab.
